How long will my order take?
I aim to have your order dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving it, sometimes it will go out the same day, unless it comes in too late on a Friday.

Do you count every item into packets?
Yes I do, I have been advised of a couple of systems which will make things a little easier and will soon be implementing them into the process.

I sent an email, how long till you respond?
I will always aim to respond within 24 hours.

Do I have to open an account?
No, you can checkout as Guest if you do not wish to set up an account.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Please let me know if you haven’t received anything within a week from dispatch, I still have to wait 15 business days before the Post Office will do anything, but I can certainly get the ball rolling.

Where did the name come from?
When I started handstamping the immediate name that came to mind was Stampin’ Sal (Stampin’ from the actual stamping and Sal which is a shorter version of my name, Sally), which was my previous business based solely around handstamped jewellery & accessories. When I started to supply Swarovski the comments I always hear are they are so sparkly, so, Sparklin’ Sal was born.

Do you have a shop?
I don’t have a bricks & mortar shop, but I do have an office located in Liskeard, Cornwall.

Can I collect my order?
It is certainly an option, but I am not there always so it is best to contact me via email before selecting ‘collect’ option at the checkout.

Do you have a cataloque?
Not yet 😉 Watch this space

Do you sell wholesale?
I don’t advertise wholesale on the website, but if there is something you are interested in, please send me an email and I’ll look into it for you.

How do I change my address?
If you have an account, login and go to your account. Please make sure it matches your PayPal address.

Why must I pay immediately?
Would you walk into a shop, do your shopping, go to a till and say can I pay you later and leave with your shopping?

I’m not happy with my order
Please email me as soon as possible and send your order back (at your own cost), once I have received the order I will issue a refund for your order minus the postage and packaging cost.

I’d like to cancel my order
As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched, that is fine. Please complete the Cancellation Form and I will get back to you as soon as I have received it. If your order has been dispatched, send your Cancellation Form, but we will have to wait for it to arrive with yourself, you will then need to send it back (at your own cost) and I will refund your order, minus the cost of postage and packing, when I have received it.

I don’t have a paypal account
You can still pay using PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account. PayPal will charge you for this though.

Can I pay another way/other payment methods?
I can offer BACs details, but you don’t have the same protection as when you use PayPal. PayPal is my preferred method of payment.
